Award-winning bartender brothers Joe and Daniel Schofield have launched SCHOFIELD’S BAR PROVISIONS, a new delivery and takeaway concept that will include bottled cocktails, wine, coffee and cheese & charcuterie boards.

The concept is a prelude to the opening of their first joint venture, SCHOFIELD’S BAR – previewing a few aspects that guests can expect from the bar when it opens its doors in late spring 2021.

The Schofield brothers have 25 collective years of industry experience and a number of prestigious awards under their belt. Joe is the first person in history to have won both the ‘International Bartender of The Year’ in the Tales of The Cocktail Spirited Awards and ‘Bartender’s Bartender’ at The World’s 50 Best Bars 2018.

Daniel previously worked as Assistant Bar Manager at Coupette, in London, which picked up accolades such as the ‘Best New International Bar’ at the Spirited Awards, along with Daniel himself being nominated for ‘Bartender of The Year’ at the Class Bar Awards 2018.

On the opening of SCHOFIELD’S BAR PROVISIONS, Joe and Daniel said: “Opening SCHOFIELD’S BAR has always been a lifelong dream of ours. It has been a challenge trying to plan for opening in the middle of a pandemic, but we can now see an end in sight. We hope that by introducing people to the bar through SCHOFIELD’S BAR PROVISIONS, we will give them a taste of what’s to come in SCHOFIELD’S BAR.”

The new delivery and takeaway concept is located in the historic landmark of Sunlight House – which is venue for SCHOFIELD’S BAR – and will include a host of high-quality options, including four new bottled cocktails.

Carefully created by Joe and Daniel, each cocktail features a creative twist on well-known classics; on offer will be the Rhubarb Negroni, Rose & Lavender Martini, Raspberry Espresso Martini and a Dark Chocolate & Mint Old Fashioned. Each bottle will include five servings for £24.99. As a nod to their family history, the bottles will be branded as ‘THE USEFUL’ collection, a name inspired by their family business.

SCHOFIELD’S BAR PROVISIONS will also be serving up a variety of cheese and charcuterie boards, starting from a three-item board for £9.50, up to a seven-item board for £19.50, or a wine and three item board from £23.50. Each of the boards will come with traditional cheese accompaniments, and the brothers have also hand selected an extensive wine, beer and champagne list to create the ideal night in.

For those looking for a morning or lunchtime stop off, also on offer will be a selection of tea, coffee, pastries, sandwiches and sweet treats.
